I am sure I did something Silly here but I can't get this to work

I extracted the Effects Folder into my mods, However found out there was already an Effects Folder in my Mods Folder.

I went ahead and extracted it to my Mods anyway and let the folders combine, I figured it would still work.

Is this what I did Wrong?

If So is it ok for me to Rename the Effects folder from this Mod and called it like BombEffects before I put it in my Mods folder. Would it still work after being Renamed?

Very strange hock: inside the zip file there is "VAS_Bomb_Expl + Fire v1.0" and you have to put THIS folder inside your mods folder.

Oops!

I opened this folder and placed the effects folder that was within inside my mods folder. Just an Installation Mistake I see.
