Couldn't get it to work either at first,because i had the mods_4_409b1m_new installed,which holds a PROPS folder,just copy the content from the vas_prop3_RELOADED folder into the PROPS folder allow overwrite,ready!
Backup the PROPS folder to restore!
Looks much better!
