Sadly, I haven't been able to replicate the errors you're seeing. Even with using the settings that are different to mine in your conf.ini

Looks like it's ignoring the mapping overrides in the *_load.ini, but all looks to be in order filewise.

Both Parap AF and the city textures use mapping overrides, are they messed up too?

Are they messed up in-flight too or just in FMB?

Some of the default maps use this kind of airfield, (Banff/Norway map, Imphal/Burma map) Do these display ok?

Have you tried running graphics setup again in case of corrupted conf.ini (although yours looks fine, stranger things have happened )
