Yeah that would be nice.. there was the 109 mod.. that was pretty cool.. but the pic is hard coded in.

no it isn't .... Freddy gave you opportunity to choose from cockpit with pic and without . Just look at additional files ( for cockpit with pic) and you'll notice tga file which can be edited to have custom pic . Just watch for alpha channel (transparent parts) when editing .
