1. Can unmodded players see new planes?
2. Can unmodded players see new ships?
3. What about maps? Will unmodded players load a map mod in a server?

Also...I flew in a dog fight map that had programmed V2 rockets taking off every 3 minutes, or so....Is this due to a map mod and how do I do it?
