I made some Hurricane MkI skins that look very similar to that one (Don't think anyone else has put on the first aid box or the flare panel below the arial) on Shooters Template though.

(Having downloaded and looked at it I find it is one of my skins with markings added, tut tut mate, bit naughty, should have asked old bean).
