That is an unavoidable consequence of this map.... because the terrain is nearly all bumpy or downright mountainous, and although the mapC and mapH come from the same data source there are slight inconsistancies which are enough to cause the rivers (which are hand drawn) to not quite match the valleys in the terrain...
to correct them would be an enormous workload ...if ever completeable ...since there is no way of editing the mapC apart from in photoshop and some adjustments would only be shifting a certain stretch of river N.S.E.or W. by a single pixel hock:
I did try to adjust the worst ones in areas near to airstrips...but have certainly not got them all
Not like the relatively flat European landscape with gentle rolling hills ...but then it is an interesting map just for that same reason....it is the unusual terrain and brightly coloured landscape of tropical Asia :wink:
