Hmm... I see fredgreen. Thanks for posting that. Yeah I was capturing with FRAPS at 1/4 speed, and I think I would have had pretty chunky results capturing live.

Probably the best solution would be in replacing a 4.5 year old machine (some time in the future). Oh well.
