if you are into DGEN i really recommend installing the enjoyr DGEN patch (can be found on mission4today.com)
and yes, the english fix does some stuff with DGEN mission files as well. but please put the german files into DGEN again afterwards.
I won't touch the weapons file though since it depends on the add on aircraft one has ionstalled. installing a file over it that does not contain a plane the user has can result in crashes so I'd rather go with an english loadout screen.
