delvpier,
I opened the all.ini file in \Mods\MapMods\maps and found that it already has a "Philippines dlv_Philippine/load.ini" line. However, I added another such line at the end of that file as you suggested. I ran IL-2 1946 and opened the mission builder. The map menu did not include the Philippines or The Slot, which is also installed. I shut off IL-2 and looked in the directories. I found that a new all.ini had been created in \IL-2 Sturmovik 1946\Users\ and that a new \users\doe\ subdirectory with a new settings.ini inside has also been created. It seems that there is an instruction somewhere that insists on there being a all.ini in the \users directory. Maybe those instructions are coming from another configuration file somewhere or maybe they are written in the code of the IL-2 program itself. I don't know, but my IL-2 1946 V4.09m remains "mod-proof".
Best regards,
Riptide
