Il-2's screenshots are saved in .tga format, which Windows can't read by itself. (Or however that works out 
) I recommend downloading IrfanView or The GIMP, which are both free and open just about any format you can think of. (With GIMP you can edit and play with the pictures, much like with Photoshop or Paintshop)
