there is a mod around, search "more nations and squadrons" or something like that, it is unoffical and BETA because of the online issue.
from these files you can also learn how to add own airforces yourself, simpel text editing. but as said only good offline.
there is no way to add new insignia to show automatically with new airforces, it is a issue not solved yet but the plane comesup blank and you can easily use a prepainted skin. so no problem at all really.
