Hi folks,
I replied to your e-mail and you have my permission to continue work on IL2-MAT manager and/or use files provided with the program providing the following is adhered to:
1. That the program code isn't altered in any such way as to be put to malicious or fraudulent purposes.
2. That all credit is given in any documentation to all involded in developing, contributing to and testing the program as per my latest program documentation.
3. That no charge is ever made for the program or any of the files supplied with the program and, as such, it remains a free download.
