Hi,
I have the following problem: I have a "out of the box" IL-2 Sturmovik 1946 installation. I added only single missions and some skins for YP-80 and the P-51...and I changed the il2fb. exe dat to the NOCD.exe to start without dvd drive.
Now when I install the v4.08m exe patch and direct the installation into my Ubisoft\IL-2 Sturmovik
1946 folder, it installs...But when starting the game, the loadscreen still tells me the version is v.4.07m..this was the same earlier with the old il2fb.exe. So I couldn't add any mods.
Just like the patch installed itself into nowhere? I checked the directory before installing: D:\Programs\Ubisoft\IL-2 Sturmovik 1946, that was right, I hope.
