I think you have messed your normady folder pretty bad.
1. Actors.static is way too small and in default normandy map there are 3 different actors.statics.
2.No map.c and map.c.tga files I cant see your load.inis but i think that is wrong too
I suggest that you remove all normady folders in mods/mapmods/maps folder to somewhere else and
download Fly Zo
BOB from AAA and install it. Then rename that folder (fly_zo_BOB) to normandy and you should be fine.
