The thaught to compare the Spit IX with the Vb was very good. Only the using of olegs data was wrong because of the poor performance in the game. When you take the historical performance of the western front Vb it works. You automatical get the the perdormance of the spit IX. The characteristic of this performace graph is nearly the same like the later IX versions used in game.

At lower regions up to 3000m the 190 is faster than the IX. At 3000 meters the 190 has a performance whole caused by the change of the supercharger.

Between 3000 and 5500 meters both planes have the same speed. I some regions the IX is even faster than the 190.

Between 5500 and 8000 meters the 190 again gets faster but at round about 8000 and above the spit IX is the queen of speed.

On normal DF servers the planes mostly fly very low. But when you go on a FR server with flying experts these two planes will be part of a nice 3D chess game. Every plane has its own advantages and disadvantages and it is up to the pilot to make the best of it.
