In your DGen folder, look for files French.dat, British.dat, etc. They contain pilots' names for each nationality (open with Notepad); then rename them by adding "_ru" before ".dat", for instance: French_ru.dat, British_ru.dat, and so forth.

Even better for DGen: simply patch with EnjoyR patch for no add-ons version 4.5 available at Mission4Today: it will automatically correct all things for DGen careers as explained above.
