Robber-Duck, I don't know if it is allowed to extract and use sounds from other games (Legal issue, Copyright, Intellectual Property and so on...).
I don't have any objections but your soundmod reminds me of another thread from a guy called Brennus who used BoB WoV sounds too and was kindly asked by the original creator to stop further development:
