Tried it...
the updated .mis file has a symbol at the end now. ??

Mine has a little square box at the end of the mission file;

[Weather]
WindVelocity 12
WindDirection 270
WindTop 1800
WindTurbulence 4
WindGust 5

Doesn't effect play though on my setup, map still loads and wind is there.
