if you use HAT switches you can alternatively use the Xpadder and set the hat switches (or ANY other buttons for that matter) to act as the mouse movement
it's easy to set up, it'll be worth your while for no-pad-supported games also, simple but extra handy. not to mention to fix that "shift" button bug for IL-2
