just spouting it out again, I'd be willing to make the 3D model. I'm not a professional, but I can make the 3D model good enough to be used for this game.

I'm just waiting for confirmation that my help will be used before starting.

I probably won't be able to make a skin for it, but I'd imagine any help would be useful...
