Hi Ronco,
It will be a pleasure if I will be able to help you as you made me often enjoy with all you fantastic skins
Looking your question and comparing with my installation, I don't find any Mbug_texturename.tga file Why you need this ?
What I do when I want to install a map (or a mod) is to install/extract the files into a clean temporary folder (like C:\TEMP) instead of directly on the game one.
After that, I move the folders and eventually modify configuration files with new stuff bout the mod
For Slovakia winter map, after extraction, I have 2 main folders that contain files :
...\MODS\Mapmods\Maps\Mbug_Slovakia_winter
...\MODS\Mapmods\Maps\_Tex\land\winter
As you say, in first folder there are 13 files
In second folder, there are 32 files (.tga)
After moving these folders at correct place in game directories, I copy the new entry for this map into the all.ini file
Mbug_Slovakia_winter Mbug_Slovakia_winter/load.ini
