Well, I'm no expert on Luftwaffe paintschemes, but as far as I know, the two-tone underside is the result of the state of the German war machine at the end of the war- aircraft were painted with whatever was available, and so it wasn't uncommon to see a/c with 2 or 3 shades of paint or primer on different subassemblies. As for the "green" underside, I can't help you there, I think it was just another one of the colors the Germans were experimenting with at the end of the war. (anybody, please correct me if I'm wrong on any of these points...)
