Whoa... just finished the first mission on the "Ukrainsij Bellochka" , well my third attempt at least!
And I still got shot down, only this time after ten minutes of dogfighting alone against six Bf 109's and not thirty seconds after engaging the enemy!
hock: I even managed to shoot one down (love that 37mm cannon, one hit, one kill...) and a couple of Bf 109's collided while I was being a copycat and making suicidal barrel rolls 50m from the ground 4.08AI style!
Too bad I couldn't save a .trk file. Sometimes after a mission the button goes blank and if I try to save the game crashes to the desktop and the mission goes to waste...
Anyway, the campaign looks great, and must be very tough if it’s anything like the first sortie. Thumbs up for Phil!
Now if you just give any tips how to fight against those Luftt aces with the P-39, I would be very grateful. Otherwise, if the Germans don't shoot me down, the commissars would (something like "destroying too many valuable planes")...
