Have you got a stop or pause button on your DLmanger, just click it wait for a sec and restart that should fix the last bits! I have the same with firefox built-in manager! I usually use dTa http://www.downthemall.net/ for all my DL but on rare occations I have to use the native manager and I do the mentioned trick!
