So far got to mission 5 and it has saved just fine.
Still no success on the video but I'm not going to bother with that anymore.

Here's what I've done.

1. I have CAN_Objects installed in FILES/3D0 (you may need to search the forum for it)

2. Downloaded and installed static.ini in FILES/COM/MADDOX/IL2/OBJECTS
viewtopic.php?t=5332&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=30

3. Downloaded and installed Blister.zip in FILES/3D0/BUILDINGS/PACIFIC
http://www.canons-skins.com/aaa/Blister.zip

I don't use the STD file but rather place the downloaded files into the locations as shown.

Dude, you're a life saver. Worked perfectly. It especially helped me out since I'm new to modding IL-2, and have no idea how the folder structure works yet. Never would have figured this out on my own.
