Other players could see smoke from plane with open canopy but player didn't ( online).
Jolly said it can be fixed but it requires great amount of time and effort so they dropped it and started new projects . I still believe he was right in making that decision ...

That's odd ... I have the Spit MkI v2.9 installed over the UI's version, and have a functional sliding canopy with no smoke issues reported from other online players/squadmates.
