Hi Rich,

As you know the time is in the Edit menu under the heading "Conditions", but this section contains two tabs, one called "weather " and the other "misc".

The weather tab is where one makes the time changes but in the misc tab there is a "static time" selection box that lock the time of day. Check that it has is not been activated by mistake.
