I can try and help with photoshop version.......first, a few questions:
which version photoshop you using?

That's not really the problem. It's that neither Paint Shop Pro 7 nor Photoshop CS2 show the 'Macks White Remover' in the pull-down menu options. It just doesn't show up anywhere. And I have installed the file in the proper plug-in directories and made sure that both programs are pointing to the correct file locations.
PSP also has an inbuilt (?) 'remove white' filter, but I always get a message that it is not installed properly.

I've been following a vid (in flv.) tutorial downloaded from simmerspaint shop and it all seems very straightforward and simple to use, if only the filter would show up in either PSP or PS.
So I'm wondering what in the world I've done wrong.[/img]
