How to create Mods for Il-2 1946? Any Tutorial available or Beginner's Guide?
I have never developed mods before, and I wish to make new aircrafts for IL-2 1946...

Today I had an idea for a mod: a real-time weather generator just like the one for FLight Simulator X! This would be great!(weather changing during flight)...I dream of being able to fly through a thunderstrom and come out on plain blue sky and bright sky with a Spitfire..This would be magical...
What about tornadoes? (just kidding...)
