Yeah walter, they are available.
Ranwers did both of those i think (sorry anyone if I'm mistaken there...) and they're available in separate threads, one to do with the rudder fix, the other the carburettor intake. They may have both been combined in the carburettor thread actually... Been a while since i saw the threads though.
EDIT: Did some digging for you Walter, here're the two thread with the links to the mods in them.

The thread links inside those threads dont work though, the original thread appears to have been moved, but Ranwers' links to rapidshare for the mods are valid
