Upon request of Gaston, the author of the mod, I uploaded his latest version to Filefront, which includes more nations, including Latin American ones, and also more squadrons, including all the Thai ones added by Fabianfred, new French units, etc.
You can find it here (I named it version 5):

This one has the same structure as the previous versions, and it will by default display country names in French.
But I also uploaded a version with English names of nations, with an aim to be perfectly compatible with AAA's mods structure, using the STD folder:

This one has exactly the same content as the version first posted above, however it has a simplified structure (no multiple layers) and should display country names in English. Simply unzip the MODS folder contained in the zip into your game's main folder (root folder), and allow Windows to overwrite existing folders and files.
Please download and install, it will enable you to play new campaigns soon, including this one:
