If anyone is interested in continuing development of the IL-2 throttle project (as in modding it to support other throttle quads,) I have in writing from the original developer that it is okay.

If you look here http://forums.ubi.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/ ... 1841066427 on page 10, the gent simply cannot support this software at this time so he's made it free for download from the link first listed.
While I have no expertise, but respect for Java coders, this may be an opportunity to try and make a utility to suit all throttles for someone.
