So if I want to deactivate the previous MatMod, I'll have to delete everything what is in the Cache folder and set ClearCache=1 ? And then install this mod? Need some light on this.

yes, you must delete everything in Cache folder. set ClearCache=1 just for sure there are not other mats inside.
