[MOD]: reduced airfield influence radius

My buddy and I flew together on Tuesday night as we always do. I had put this mod in and the exact same thing happened. Also, when I hosted, I started where I was supposed to as laid out in my mission, while he started at the end of the runway that the take off icon was closest to just the same as always.

Unfortunately my buddy is averse to putting in mods that mess with his rather extensive line of missions so I disabled mine until such time as I can convince him of the advantages of it.

The only thing I found, as I posted above, is to place the take off icon within 50m of the centre point of the runway on the opposite side you want the planes to start from. This way, if you have the mod all the planes will start from the right end of the runway and, if you don't have the mod, all the planes will start from the right end of the runway as well.

If you don't have the mod and place the icons within 50m of the centre point of the runway, those with the mod will start from the right end of the runway etc...

Now, the trick is to convince your mates to either a) get the mod, or b) place the icons properly for those who do have the mod.

With all this in mind, is there some way to increase the influence distance to say, 100m? Just about all the airfield/airports/airbases I've seen have aprons or revetments more than that distance away and you could still start from them. On such maps as The Slot where parking spots are all along the runway you could just place stationary a/c within the 100m to justify starting further away.

What I'm thinking here is a little psychology: we all want things to be easy and right now you have to do more work placing icons very accurately.
