Charlie19, in a way yes, it's some new textures for the fire, but if you don't like it, you could always delete the fire textures.
I used to use 3rdeye's smoke mod, but unfortunately there's this crashed bomber problem that will get me in trouble on line
(too weak graphicscard)
this one is intended for those who want better fps.
you can always delete this mod if you don't like it by deleting the "flushys smoke mod" folder
