I don't understand it, but I like it 
Last night, I disabled CPU Thermal Control, C1E Enhance Halt State, and unlinked FSB & memory in BIOS, in prep for overclocking. I didn't set anything else other than fan speed/temp. Only changed 1% to 10% and lowered 100% speed temp from 60 to 50.
I have had no temp problems.
This evening, I ran 3dmark2001 I know its old but that's what im used too
Anyway, I ran around 43K before, so was going to check again before clocking. I ran 60K 
hock: I have run it several times, and again after restart.
The only thing I have changed, I stated above. I even checked my clocks to make sure I still was running stock speeds. Wait till I overclock!
