I am now at loss to explain this. I set BIOS to default to cover any changes made. [also got disk read error because it disabled my raid config  ] Anyway, the gain remains. Some crazy coincidence :?:
I tried COD2 and saw big gains. I double checked nvidia profile for 3dmark. It was the same as always.
It's like something was stuck and broke free. Now instead of thinking of the gain, im kind of wondering what the hell has been holding it back
Edit: The only thing i can think of is maybe one of the Spread Spectrum settings was not disabled and should have been by default? When I booted up prior to running the 60k score the first time, the mouse was unresponsive and I had to replug it. I don't see that as anything, but I really hadn't done anything other than turn it off after changing Bios settings, and turning it on the next day.
That must have been some really good porn i was surfing?
I have not been able to "degrade" it by reversing settings. Oh well, don't look a gift horse in the eye I guess?
