No hard feelings 
. I was doing this for myself and thought I'd share it with you in priority. To be honest I had given up the idea until recently when I started fiddling with Map_Ts and a decent looking European landscape became possible.
Anyhoo... time to share an early draft of the MOD, see what ya'll think of it so far. Here goes :
