I'm going to assume you're trying either Single or Co-op missions. Here's the topic you're looking for to create take off locations at the places you want:

Read the thread carefully, there are some serious consequences if you use this mod and someone you hook up with doesn't. I use this and find it's great when I'm offline but my buddy won't use the mod so I have to disable mine to fly with him
