and replace (flame.tga). with your new downloaded file.

The link seems to be broken but I noticed that the file was very small.
Can someone else just upload it so I can try it.

But Im suspicious about that the replacement file. Its named USSR and I experience the problems with flak from british ships in e.g BOB server by LW1. Or is these flakeffects used on all kinds of ships and AAA batteries?

EDIT: Eventually the link worked and I got rid of all the glitches!
Thank you very much for the fix.
Now the flak looks like they should have done from the beginning
