This is Polikarpov's I16 cockpit repaint with authentic colors . In Russia we called him Ishak (donkey). I16 in the sky all over the USSR and Stalin sad in 1939 that he dont worry about Soviet Airforces :lol: :lol: :lol:

But there are two wonderful peoples in I-16 story.
Polikarpov - the aircrafts constructor . And Chkalov - the greatest most known russian test pilot.





There was one General in 1941 .who have a bravery to sad Stalin : " You Force us to fly on coffins" . Next day he was shoted with all members of his familly his name Richagov . It was cruel hard time to soviet people . Now we remember and grieve about the victims of WWII and regime.
