Good try! But it looks photoshoped. I'm not a fan of filters.

Anyway, you should better have blurried the picture some %, before adding the filter(s) ... to avoid the pixelized contrastfull edges (i.e. on the lower belly of the T-bold).

Maybe it would look even more like expressionism then.
