Seems that it´s possible create new .eff´s I was frustrated modding some effects because they only have one .eff and the result was very simple, would be nice to have more .eff for an specific effect and obtain more realistic effects Is it posible?

I don't remember but i googled it and searched for "animated bird gifs" or something similar, yes it is possible to add new effects ( it depends also on which sort effect too) but you must edit class files another problem is to assign the new effect to the object and this requires additional knowledges in java programming and...
