there was a replacement .exe file for a previous version of the game that worked alright, but for some reason every now and then they would disappear for me and i'd have to reinstall it. i found a better solution though, just download McWolf's new DecalShine mod. You'll get the swastikas plus a whole lot better looking aircraft markings in general. well worth it!
