Wow that brings back memories, I am from the town where the p-38 was restored, the Shoffner guy who dug it out of the ice owns like half the town, I will look around, I am pretty sure I have some photos of her in all forms of the restoration. I actually got to see her fly. Look on youtube too, I am pretty sure they have footage.
