The P-40 E/M, the P-51D (both), most American bombers, P47 (all variants), and the P-38 (all) have the noseart option available. I noticed that my P-40E/M models lost that option, but the P-38s still had it. I had tried a different mod and lost ALL noseart options on all the above aircraft.
I'm guessing and it's just that, a guess, but I'm guessing that in order for some of the mods to be available, some of the "slots" for other things like noseart for some or all aircraft had to be eliminated to "make room" for the mod to work. Just a theory.
I'm sure the Tech boys would have a better idea.
