It is not only missing the batch files, the directory those batch files use to copy files from aren't included either.
Within AAA UI1.0 these directories are located in:
IL-2 Sturmovik 1946\files\EAXOFF\
IL-2 Sturmovik 1946\files\EAXON\
IL-2 Sturmovik 1946\files\MKII_Gyro_On\
However, the size of both directories, EAXOFF and EAXON, are indentical. It looks to me the samples are the same. A closer look: Both folder in UI1.0 hold the samples at a bitrate of 705kbps, 44khz. Exception are the files MG_Browning50.wav, MG_Browning50x.wav and R-2800_tb_2702.wav. They are 352kbps.
UI1.1 has all *.prs and *.wav files included as in the UI1.0 EAXON/EAXOFF.
Conclusion: EAXON or EAXOFF isn't set by copying those files.
MKII_Gyro_On for Spitfire MK IX.
The directory size in UI1.1 of IL-2 Sturmovik 1946\files\3do\Cockpit\SpitfireMkIXc\ is 5.050.926 bytes.
Within UI1.0 the content of the directory which is copied over when using the batch file to enable MKII_Gyro has a size of 5.050.926 bytes. They exactly match!
Conclusion: by default the MKII_Gyro is enabled within UI1.1. As this mod includes hashed files they will affect you when joining a server with CRT2.
Overall conclusion:
The readme file that comes with UI1.1 shouldn't had contained the sections MKII Gyro Gunsight or Standard Gunsight for Spitfire MK IX switcher and EAX (environmental audio) switcher.
