Well i ran the mission that i was talking about hundreds of time really. It was the first time it lagged that bad. And again i shut it off tested it and it worked fine. BTW i must correct my self it;s not a rainy mission it's just cloudy. When i was making it i intended it to be rainy. Ill run further test.
