yes i was thinking the same thing...i read that they will not ever fly this airplane simply because besides it there is only one other original 190d in existence. i think that this one is the only dora with an actual working Jumo engine (which is why they bring it out every now and then to start it up to keep it that way). another good point and reason: arent the FlugWerks going to have a newly built Fw190D (along with 262, and 190A) to fly around? might as well keep the original out of of harms way. I believe the FlugWerks 190D will have an allison engine instead of the original Jumo, which is why i think this original is special. Even if it just comes out on the ramp and runs at idle for a little bit. :lol:
of course this video is based on when the airplane was in Arizona. I understand its now in Seattle, so I have no idea what the current plans are for it.
